Add new network calender, select CalDAV type, and input location string: https://www.google.com/calendar/dav/[your email]/events.

Authenticate using your Google account username (with Google Apps use full email address) and password. If you use Google Apps, then add other users by adding a new CalDAV calender and putting their email address in the location string.
